This project came to fruition with the help of Rick Skendzel AIA of Architecture Technologies of Traverse City, and detailed execution of design concepts by Carol Sobieski-Gall of Creative Interiors. This home features a open concept main level with a large kitchen overlooking the great room, and adjacent formal dining room. The kitchen area is accented by a cozy nook with custom, red café curtains highlighting wide open views. Features of this project include custom cabinets and countertops by LJ’s Kitchens and Interiors, a large butler’s pantry off the kitchen, 2-island layout with commercial grade appliances throughout, lower level kitchen, custom wood door and stone surround leading to wine cellar. The flooring was completed by Percha Paint and Wallpaper, painting completed by Bud Percha Painting, Plumbing by Central Plumbing, Electrical by Mid-State Electric, HVAC by Mt. Pleasant Heating, the custom stone fireplace and hearth by D N Rau Masonry, windows by Pella by Horne.
